Speed is how a small team wins. We ship in small steps, learn from real families and improve every week. A good decision today beats a perfect one next month, and most decisions can be reversed.

Be direct and respect your colleagues

We say what we think, clearly and kindly, and we expect the same in return. Honest feedback is a gift, and disagreement is how good ideas get better. We debate the idea, never the person.

Nothing is somebody else's problem

If you see something broken, it's yours until it's fixed or in the right hands. A bug, a confused parent, a slow page: we don't wait for someone else to notice.

Children's safety and privacy

Children trust us, and parents trust us with their children. Every feature, prompt and line of code is built to keep kids safe and their data private. When safety and speed pull in different directions, safety wins.

  • Collect only the data we truly need, and protect it
  • Treat every child's experience as if it were our own child's
